Smiling While Sending Hope Caricatures at Maynard Children’s Hospital

I love volunteering with the non profit Smiling While Sending Hope when I can. We visited Maynard Children’s Hospital in Greenville, NC where we handed out care packages and I drew caricatures of the patients there. I’m also a board member of Smiling While Sending Hope and support their mission of giving care packages to kids age 0-26 whom are living with chronic illness or special needs.

One of the mom’s commented that this was one of the first times her daughter has smiled since she was diagnosed and in the hospital.
